Jade is an associate with Niemi, Jerabek &
Kretchmer and practices exclusively in family law.
Jade received her undergraduate degree from the
University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, majoring in both
History and Political Science and her law degree from
William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul,
Minnesota.
During law school, Ms. Johnson acquired wide-range
experience in the area of family law through her work as
a law clerk with Niemi, Jerabek & Kretchmer. She has
been recognized as a Minnesota 2006 and 2007 Rising Star
by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine.
Jade is a co-founder of the Family Law Bush League,
which is an organization working to foster teamwork
among attorneys new to family law. Jade also volunteers
with Chrysalis and the Volunteer Lawyers Network in
order to help provide services to low-income individuals
with family law needs.
Jade has a broad range of interest in family law. Her
major areas within family law are divorce, appeals and
post-decree spousal maintenance issues.
